Design features
PLP-03 plate has two heating sections which allows efficient use of the heating surface.
PLP-03 plate has a graphical display located on the control panel and provides control over the heating process of each section.
The heating surface made of duralumin and the PID controller provide high accuracy and uniformity of the temperature of the plate surface heating.
The body of the plate is made of corrosion-resistant steel.
The design of the plate protects the body, electronic components and controls from spilling liquids onto the heating surface.
Operating features
For each section of the plate heat treatment programs from 1 to 16 can be set and stored on the plate control panel.
Each heating program can have from 1 to 9 stages for which the temperature and heating time are set. After selecting and starting a heat treatment program the transition between the stages of the program is carried out automatically.
During the execution of the program the duration of each stage can be changed without stopping the operation of the plate.
