NEVA-TEST 6303
FEATURES:
The following operations can be performed on the stand:
- ,
- starting current test,
- test without load (self-propelled),
- error check (accuracy class),
- accounting correction check,
- testing influencing quantities (reverse phase,
voltage imbalance, harmonic waves, etc.) imbalance,
- measurement stability check.
PWM (pulse width modulator) is used to amplify the voltage and current at the output of the stand, which provides high efficiency (efficiency is > 85%) and reduces heating. PWM has functions of fault checking, presetting, warning and protection.
Measurement generator uses the latest digital technology to control sine harmonic waves of frequency, amplitude and phase control. Measurement generator can increase several times (from 2-21 times) the primary harmonic of a sinusoidal wave and cause subharmonic waves, including excess subharmonic waves.
The stand uses a processor system for determining the meter error, to which the meter is connected via the RS485 communication method.
It is possible to simultaneously test meters with different constants (counter constant) of identical modification at the stand.
Scanning (measuring) heads with 3-spectrum range adjustment can be mounted on the test bench. Stand can receive signals both from meters with disk-based measurement, and from meters with digital LED pulse measurement.
The test bench has an automatic black mark detection search function that can detect it without load and start tests.
For automatic testing of various meters, the test bench uses a test program combined with WINDOWS98/2000/XP/7 operating systems.
