Portable verification unit for automated verification of electricity meters in laboratory conditions and on site

Unit is intended for adjustment and verification of:

- single-phase and three-phase transformer electricity meters class. accuracy 0.2S and less accurate;

- single-phase and three-phase wattmeters, varmeters, energy phase meters, frequency meters;

- voltmeters, ammeters.

FEATURES:

Installation allows to carry out the following tests of meters:

- determination of relative error;

- determination of the standard deviation (S) when determining the error;

- checking the absence of self-propelled;

- starting current test;

- checking the meter constant;

- checking the counting mechanism;

- determination of errors when changing the phase sequence;

- determination of additional errors when changing the voltage and frequency of the network;

- determination of additional errors in the presence of harmonics in current and voltage circuits;

- determination of additional errors in case of load asymmetry;

- determination of additional errors in case of unbalance of phase voltages.

  • Installation is a single unit from a fictitious power source with a current regulation range from 0.01 to 300 V, a current regulation range from 0.01 to 120 A and a built-in reference meter class. t.0.05 or 0.1.
  • Installation kit includes a set of suspended meter racks made of aluminum. Three scanning photo heads with 3-spectrum range adjustment. Stand can receive signals both from meters with disk-based measurement, and from meters with digital LED pulse measurement. And also one モsnap-onヤ photo head.
  • Installation allows to simultaneously check up to 3 counters.
  • Software allows you to control the operation of the installation from a personal computer, which ensures the saving of verification results in databases with the possibility of generating verification results in the form of protocols. Software allows the user to independently create the type of verification protocol
