PDP-lab intelligent double chamber furnace

Description

Intelligent double chamber furnace PDP-Analytics has a closed muffle chamber (ashing chamber) and a hotplate placed on it (evaporation chamber). Evaporation and ashing processes are carried out under temperature and time control, which increases the convenience and efficiency of the sample preparation process.

Control and monitoring of the operation of the furnace is carried out using the control panel. �ontrol panel stores heat treatment programs in memory, which contain from 1 to 9 stages, characterized by temperature and time.

Furnace is completed with quartz glasses (crucibles) of 20 or 65 ml. For purposes to improve the convenience and efficiency of use:

- each chamber has a stand for quartz glasses, fixing their position and creating the effect of "thermal jacket";

- heat-resistant ceramic stand for hot glasses is built into the oven lid.
