FOUNDRY-MASTER LAB
FOUNDRY MASTER LAB is an emission spectrometer with a vacuum optical system based on CCD technology capable of analyzing low impurities of alloying elements working with pure alloys.
Analytical parameters of the spectrometer in terms of sensitivity, convergence and reproducibility are as close as possible to analyzers using PMT technology.
Important feature of the device is the ability to measure the nitrogen content in steels.
Vacuum optical system is located at an angle so that it is possible to analyze the spectrum in the deep ultraviolet region which allows for high-precision analysis of nitrogen, carbon, sulfur, phosphorus.
Special DSP (Digital Signal Processor) system installed on each CCD provides high speed reading and signal processing. In this case, the signal is read from each CCD separately in real time.
New table has high wear resistance and resistance to heat, and is designed for round-the-clock operation.
Analyzer uses the already well-established unique JetStream argon flow around the electrode, which makes it possible to analyze complex, uneven and thin samples without special adapters.
Combined with new software where patented spectrum processing and intensities, calculation algorithm are represented, spectrometer is capable of operating in the wavelength range from 130 nm.
