FOUNDRY-MASTER UVR is perfect for precision analysis of all types of metals in the factory laboratory, as well as for monitoring metals during the melting process directly in the foundry.
FOUNDRY-MASTER UVR metal analyzer is an emission spectrometer with an optical system based on CCD (CCD), which allows you to work with any types of metals and alloys (up to 10 bases in one device). Add of additional bases to the spectrometer after commissioning the equipment on site is provided.
Vacuum optical system, optimized for analysis of lines of elements lying in UV, allows high-precision analysis of carbon, sulfur and phosphorus.
Open design of the measuring table of the spectrometer allows measuring large (up to 15 kg) samples.
