Spectrometer's optimized optical system provides lower detection limits than the FOUNDRY-MASTER UVR.
Vacuum optical system allows to analyze the spectrum in the deep ultraviolet region, providing high-precision analysis of carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen.
Special DSP (Digital Signal Processor) system installed on each CCD provides high speed reading and signal processing. In this case, the signal is read from each CCD separately in real time.
Design of the FOUNDRY-MASTER measuring tabler XPR allows analyzing massive parts (up to 15 kg).
